	Tenants notify WivenhoeLets about all repairs and maintenance matters and these passed on to landlord
	Tenants notify WivenhoeLets about all repairs and maintenance matters. WivenhoeLets will provide quotations and arrange for work to be undertaken. (NB we do not add any fees to the repair costs)
*Gardening*	If property includes a garden WivenhoeLets can arrange for regular maintenance
*Notify utilities*	On change of tenant WivenhoeLets will notify utilities of forwarding address of former tenant(s) and names of new tenants
*Collect rent*	Collect rents for you and provide you with monthly accounts
*Tenants*	Handle any tenant problems including preparing and serving any necessary legal notices
